A designer of interactive experiences and emergent narratives for people, brand and product. My work embodies an iterative foresight, service design and human-centered design approach that connects people to themes within culture and technology. My day to day is spent defining new experiences for Capital One customers and their retail partners such as Sony, GM, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Ave. Following experience working with Motorola, Google and major telecommunication carriers, I entered the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s graduate department as Fellow of the Shapiro Center for Research and Collaboration and currently contribute as Lecturer within the Visual Communication Design department.
